Here are some skills that are required and tested, but tested in a hidden or covert manner.

Practicing and developing the 12 bullet points listed above can lead to a significant increase in personal power. 

Confidence allows you to trust in your abilities and decisions, while focus helps you to stay on track and achieve your goals. 

Authenticity allows you to be true to yourself, while resilience helps you to bounce back from challenges and setbacks. 

Empathy helps you to understand and connect with others, while decisiveness helps you to make clear and effective decisions. 

Self-awareness helps you to understand your own thoughts and feelings, while communication allows you to express yourself effectively. 

Setting boundaries helps you to protect your time and energy, while assertiveness allows you to stand up for yourself and your needs. 

Flexibility allows you to adapt to changing situations, and gratitude helps you to appreciate what you have. 

It is important to remember that personal power is not about controlling others, but about taking control of your own life and not giving your power away to others. 

By practicing and developing these 12 bullet points, you can become more self-assured, resilient and able to make decisions that align with your values and goals.
